WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE COLLECT

This website does not currently have a form. We only receive what you choose to send us by email or tell us by phone:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your message and any project details or photos you decide to send.

Please don’t send payment details, ID numbers or other sensitive information.

WHAT WE DON’T DO

The pages we publish do not include advertising or analytics trackers, social media buttons, embedded videos or maps, or outside fonts. The website files we publish do not set cookies or store information in your browser. We do not sell your information.

Our website host, Hostinger, delivers this site. Hostinger may record technical details when pages load, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and it may add its own features to the site. We have not yet checked what the live site adds.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your information to reply to you, discuss your project and prepare an estimate. We don’t use it for other purposes without asking you first.

WHO HANDLES IT

Emails you send go to our business email inbox, which is a Gmail account run by Google. Copies stay there until we delete them.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Inquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted from our email inbox after 12 months. If you hire us, we keep your project and billing records for as long as needed for the work, payment, warranty, tax and legal purposes.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email projectzerobranson@gmail.com or call 417.231.2236. We will confirm we received your request and respond as soon as we reasonably can. We do not sell your information.

CHILDREN

This website is meant for adults and is not directed at children.

CHANGES

If we change how we handle information, such as adding an online form, we will update this page and its date.
